The BreatheSmart 25i is the smallest, quietest, and most affordable of the purifiers we sell. Ideal for smaller areas like bedrooms or dorm rooms and a great budget-friendly option.

Key Features:

  • Smart sensors: The 25i can detect PM 2.5, TVOC, eCO2, temperature, and humidity levels in the 
    air, and customers can track all this data in the Alen Air app.
  • Air quality alerts: Customers can receive notifications via the Alen Air app for PM 2.5, TVOC, 
    eCO2, temperature, and humidity levels based on thresholds they set.
  • More detailed control: Change single or multiple setting across multiple devices at once from 
    the Alen Air app. Create schedules for your purifiers that match your routines.
  • Auto Light Mode: The 25i is equipped with an ambient light sensor, and can automatically dim panel lights when the room is dark and brighten them when the room is bright.
  • Smart RFID filters: The 25i can “read” filter type and status, and customers can track that data in 
    the Alen Air app. This also means that customers can swap filters without guesswork. For 
    example, if a customer normally uses a Pure Filter, but wants to switch to a Fresh Filter during 
    wildfire season, they can make the swap, trusting their Alen purifier will remember the remaining life of their Pure Filter once they switch back.
  • Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates: As Alen launches ongoing enhancements, customers will 
    be able to update their purifier via the Alen Air app.

Notable Differences from other Models:

  • Has legs instead of large base - Rubber footpads on bottom are removable.
  • Instead of a normal plug, it will come with a detachable 24 volt power supply.
  • WiFi is able to be turned off completely with switch found on middle housing.
  • No filter button, only a single light that will change colors (Green, Orange, Red) when the filter needs to be changed.

      • If filter light isn't changing after replacing filter with an Alen filter, make sure it's installed correctly. If installed backwards or upside-down, the filter light will flash red. If installed correctly and not changing, replace filter. If second filter does the same, the unit would be eligible for a replacement due to a faulty RFID chip reader. 
      • Filter light will also flash red if unit detects an off-brand filter due to not having an RFID tag. There is no way to reset the 25i filter light manually if a non-Alen brand filter is installed.
  • OTA (Over the Air updates) - Firmware updates can be downloaded via the app to the 25i. If unit is factory reset, all OTA updates are deleted and they will have to download firmware updates again in the app
