Advisors should not just send a link to the what to buy digital assistant. Though, it is created to help guide the customers to make the right decision for them, many customers already have gone through the options with the digital assistant and are still unsure what purifier and filter combination to purchase for their needs. Below is information that can be provided to customers about all of our current models with all of the options for filters, sales, the Forever Guarantee, and the filter subscription.
BreatheSmart 75i v2:
The BreatheSmart 75i covers up to 1400sqft - 2800 sqft. Cost starts at $799.00 and will go up depending on the color of the front panel and filter choice selected at check-out.
It has a removeable power cord, an Air Particle Sensor, Ionizer, Auto Function for the speed to change on its own, and it's Wi-Fi compatible so it can connect to our Alen Air App.
Noise level: on the lowest speed, the noise is compared to a sound in between a ticking watch and whisper (25dB) and on the highest speed, it's compared to almost a moderate rain (51dB).
It has 3 options for filters: Pure, Fresh, and Odor filters.
Filter Life: 12-15 months

Noise level: on the lowest speed, the noise is compared to a sound in between a whisper and moderate rain (42dB) and on the highest speed, the noise is compared to a sound between a moderate rain and dishwasher (56dB).
It has 3 options for filters: Pure, Fresh, and Odor filters.

Customers will ask for more information about our warranty options. More information can be found on the website, in the support tab labeled Forever Guarantee.
All of our purifiers come with a 1-year warranty.
To activate the Lifetime Warranty/Forever Guarantee it requires the completed registration within the first 12 months of purchase and proof of filter purchases every 12 months up to 15 months for the 75i or have an active filter subscription. The customer can activate the Forever Guarantee on the website, in the support tab, labeled Alen Product Registration & Warranty Activation or they may contact CX for assistance.
The warranty covers Normal Use. Will not cover intentional or accidental damage or damage caused from uncontrollable events such as flooding, fires, etc.
Filter Subscription
The customer can choose how often you want the filter replacements to ship and will receive 10% off filter replacements when ordering through the subscription.
