Legacy units are Alen units that we once sold, but no longer manufacture.

Important Note: As Alen has advanced, we currently only sell the Pure filter for the A350 & A375. Other filters for legacy models are no longer in production nor sold.

A250:

• Model before the A350, around 2006
• Uses BF15 filters 

Identifying Legacy Units by Serial Number

If the customer does not know which Purifier they own. If they provide an old serial/model number, you can use the following table as a reference to identify the model. 

KJ15FE-B = A250, KJ25FE-H1 = A350, KJ25FR-H = A375-UV, KJ15FE-T1 = T300, KJ10FE-M = T100

Note: We do still offer filter replacements for these units. However, we cannot replace the purifier with the same model in the event of a warranty issue.
