To Update Your Address on an Order That Has Already Been Placed:
If you placed an order and the address is incorrect, please contact Customer Experience directly.
To Update Your Address on Your Alen Account:
- Click here to get started or visit Alen.com
- From the main page of our website, click on the circular icon that shows a person in the middle of it on the top right corner of the page
- Enter your Email Address and Password then click LOGIN
- Click on ADDRESSES or VIEW YOUR ADDRESS BOOK
To Edit Your Current Address:
- Click EDIT
- Enter the address information that needs to be changed
- Click UPDATE ADDRESS
To Add a New Address:
- Click + ADD ADDRESS
- Enter the new address information, click on the box to the left of Make primary address if applicable
- Click ADD ADDRESS
To Delete Your Address:
- Click DELETE
- A pop-up message will appear and read, "Are you sure you wish to delete this address?"
- Click OK
Please note that changing the address in your account will not automatically change the address on your subscription.
To Update Your Shipping Address on an Existing Subscription:
- Log into your Alen Account, click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Click on EDIT
- Under YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, scroll down, click the right arrow where your current shipping address is showing under Skip shipment, change your address information to the new address, then click UPDATE
Updating this shipping address will update all subscriptions associated with this address
To Update Your Billing Address on an Existing Subscription:
- Log into your Alen Account, click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Click on EDIT
- Under YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, scroll down, click the right arrow where your current Billing Address is showing
- Enter your new Billing Address information
- Click UPDATE
