Creating an Alen Account or making changes to an existing Alen account can be done from our website. Once you're logged in, you can view your order history, view and change your address, subscriptions, and product registration.
To Create a New Alen Account:
- Click here to get started or visit alen.com
From the main page of our website, Click on the circular icon that shows a person in the middle of it on the top right corner of the page - From the Sign in page, click on CREATE account
- Enter your First Name, your Last Name, your Email Address, and create a Password, click on the box to be notified of exclusive offers and news (optional), then click REGISTER
How to change your password or you forgot your password:

- Type in your email address then click on RESET
How to Log into your existing Alen Account:

From the main page of our website, Click on the circular icon that shows a person in the middle of it on the top right corner of the page - Enter your Email Address and Password then click LOGIN
- Once you are signed in, it will automatically take you to the Dashboard view. You can click the tabs to access your account settings: Dashboard, Orders, Subscriptions, Addresses, Preferences, and Registration or select within the four boxes by clicking the view links to view your order history, your address book, subscriptions, and registration
ORDERS:
To view your order history:
- Click on ORDERS to the right of Dashboard or click VIEW YOUR ORDERS in the Order History box
SUBSCRIPTIONS:
To view or make changes to your Subscription:
- Click on Subscriptions to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
To add a product to your subscription:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click ADD PRODUCT
- Type in the purifier model, hit enter. The options available for the specific model will show
- Click SELECT below the filter you desire
- Fill out the following form, scroll down, then click ADD PRODUCT
To change the Next Charge date:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click EDIT
- Click the Right arrow to the right of the current charge date
- Select new date by clicking on the arrow to the left and right of the month and year on the calendar
- Select new desired date, then click UPDATE NEXT SHIPMENT DATE
To order now:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click ORDER NOW if you want it to ship as soon as possible or click the Right arrow to the right of the current charge date, then click ORDER NOW
To skip scheduled order:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click SKIP SHIPMENT below the Order Now button under Your Subscription
To change the current delivery schedule:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click EDIT
- Click on the Right arrow to the right of the current delivery schedule
- Select the new delivery schedule you desire, then click UPDATE
To add or remove the current product:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click on the PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) symbols to increase or decrease the amount of that specific filter you desire, then click UPDATE
To Cancel your subscription:
- Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS to the right of Orders or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS in the My Subscriptions box
- Click EDIT
- Scroll down to CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, select a reason for canceling your subscription (optional)
- Click PROCEED
To change your Shipping Address on an existing subscription:
- Log into your Alen Account, click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab or click on VIEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Click on EDIT
- Under YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, scroll down, click the right arrow where your current shipping address is showing under Skip shipment, change your address information to the new address, then click UPDATE
Updating this shipping address will update all subscriptions associated with this address
ADDRESSES:
To view or make changes to your Address:
- Click on ADDRESSES to the right of Subscriptions or VIEW YOUR ADDRESS BOOK in the My Addresses box
How to edit current Address:
- Click on ADDRESSES to the right of Subscriptions or VIEW YOUR ADDRESS BOOK in the My Addresses box
- Click EDIT
- Make the necessary changes to the address, click UPDATE ADDRESS
How to delete current Address:
- Click on ADDRESSES to the right of Subscriptions or VIEW YOUR ADDRESS BOOK in the My Addresses box
- Click DELETE, a pop-up message will appear and read, "Are you sure you wish to delete this address?", click OK
How to add a new Address:
- Click on ADDRESSES to the right of Subscriptions or VIEW YOUR ADDRESS BOOK in the My Addresses box
- Click +ADD ADDRESS
- Enter the new address information, click on the box to the left of MAKE PRIMARY ADDRESS if applicable, click ADD ADDRESS
Changing the address in your account will not automatically change the address on your subscription
PREFERENCES:
How to add Preferences:
- Click on PREFERENCES to the right of Addresses with the tabs on the top of the dashboard page
- Select your Preferences and Zip code
- Click SUBMIT
REGISTRATION:
To view your current product registration:
- Click on REGISTRATION to the right of Preferences or VIEW YOUR REGISTRATIONS in the Product Registration box
How to register a new product:
- Click on REGISTRATION to the right of Preferences or VIEW YOUR REGISTRATIONS in the Product Registration box
- Fill out the form under REGISTER UNIT, then click SUBMIT
- Once the product is registered, you can activate the Lifetime Warranty from the same page by clicking ACTIVATE under the registered product
How to activate the Lifetime Warranty on a product already registered:
- Click on REGISTRATION to the right of Preferences or VIEW YOUR REGISTRATIONS in the Product Registration box
- Click ACTIVATE under the registered product
If the Lifetime Warranty is activated, there will be a green dot to the right of the warranty status, and the button below will be grayed out reading, "Warranty Activated"

How to view your rewards:
- Click on DASHBOARD
- Scroll down the page, then click VIEW YOUR REWARDS
