If anything goes wrong with your Alen air purifier, our in-house experts are happy to help you solve the problem!
If we are unable to help resolve the issue, and your purifier meets the requirements of our Forever Guarantee, we will work with you to get it replaced as quickly as possible!
To qualify for the Forever Guarantee you must meet the requirements listed below if the purifier was purchased after 9/22/2021.
- The purifier must be registered on Alen.com
- An active filter subscription or the ability to provide proof of filter purchase(s) for your unit (Up to 12 months/15 months for the 75i.)
For purifiers purchased before 9/22/2021 you can contact us to submit a warranty claim as long as you have proof of purchase. A replacement from this point on would require you to register the purifier on Alen.com and maintain an active Alen.com filter subscription for the replacement purifier.
