If you did not purchase an Alen air purifier from Alen directly and it was purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, it may be eligible for the Forever Guarantee warranty.
If the purifier was purchased after 9/22/2021, to qualify for the forever guarantee you must meet all of the following requirements:
- The purifier must be registered on Alen.com
- You must maintain an active Alen.com filter subscription for the purifier or have proof of filter replacement purchase(s) every 12 months, up to 15 months for the BreatheSmart 75i
- The purchase must be outside of the 3rd party retailer's return window
