To qualify for a warranty replacement on an Alen purifier that is no longer being sold please contact us and provide proof of purchase if the purifier was originally purchased from a third-party. If we cannot resolve the issue with troubleshooting and proof of purchase has been provided and verified, we may be able to replace it with an equivalent Alen purifier in stock!
Please note that it is required for the replacement to be registered on Alen.com and have an active filter subscription or have proof of replacement filter purchases every 12 months and up to 15 months for the BreatheSmart 75i to qualify for any future warranty claims.
