What is a Prefilter?

The prefilter covers the exterior of your purifier’s filter to capture larger particles such as dust and hair. Prefilters are an important way to keep your purifier working efficiently and extend your filter's life.

For customers who prefer to replace dirty prefilters instead of cleaning them, prefilter replacement packs are an ideal option.

The premium mesh prefilter material is a product improvement for our filters.

• Provides better protection for filters, helping them last longer
• Improved tear strength to better stand up to cleaning, specifically vacuuming
• Can be more easily removed from the Velcro-like strips and replaced if desired
• Can feel the difference, new material is stiff, able to resist fraying and disintegration
