Free FedEx Ground Shipping

Alen offers free FedEx ground shipping on all of our products within the Continental US. Additional shipping costs will apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and are the responsibility of the customer.

To see all available shipping options, please add your product selections to the cart, enter your shipping details, and view the shipping options from the drop-down menu. Please note that shipping timeframes of up to 2-5 business days are for Continental US ground shipping only. For locations outside of the Continental US, please allow up to 7-10 business days.  Please be advised that during peak shipping seasons, these timeframes may be extended.

Products will be delivered within the timelines estimated by Alen’s shipping provider. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled shipment dates, however all shipment dates are estimates only and have the potential for delay due to holidays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Alen shall have no liability for any products lost or stolen in transit.  Title and risk of loss for products purchased from Alen pass to the purchaser upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
