Paralda - Troubleshooting - No Power

If your Paralda has no power:

1. Unplug the purifier from the wall outlet.
2. Lift the filter cover.
3. Turn the plastic locking mechanism that holds the filter in place to unlock the filter.
4. Lift straight up on the filter cartridge handle and remove completely.
5. Let the purifier rest for 30 seconds without the filter installed.
6. Reinstall the filter.
7. Lock the filter in place.
8. Close the filter cover.
9. Plug the purifier back into the wall.
10. Press the power button.
