If your A375 has no power:
- Verify the power plug is plugged into a wall outlet and verify there is power going to the outlet and outlet is working.
- Push the Power On/Off button.
- If there is still no power, ensure the cover is on the unit properly. If it is not, it will snap into place.
- Push the Power On/Off button.
- If there is still no power, remove the front cover by placing your thumbs on housing and push, the cover will come off.
- Take the filter out by pulling the white tabs on either side.
- Place the filter back into the purifier. Check to make sure the filter is making contact with the sensor clip. You will hear it click when the filter is installed properly.
- Place the front cover back on the purifier.
- Push the Power On/Off button.
