The T100 is one of Alen's Legacy units. Legacy units are models that are no longer manufactured. Although these units are no longer in production, we still sell filters for them. Legacy units are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If your T100 is malfunctioning, and troubleshooting proves unsuccessful, we may be able to upgrade it with a comparable current model at no additional cost.
